Here's an interesting one! He says 6x6 but only 6x4 in the advert, cheaper alternative to a g wagon I suppose.

I like that. Appears to be well executed. Shame it’s not an ML55 and half the price.

It would appear its just 4 wheel drive at the moment , at a guess the last axle has a diff that is not connected and might cause a bit of a problem if it ever went 'proper' off road as the middle set of wheels could straddle a gully and turn it into a Front WD car !
But having said that , from the photos it looks like a tidy job and is certainly something different, but like BobbyD says it needs a V8 in it .

My thoughts on these are, - unless you're in soft ground surely when turning a tight corner on tarmac it's gonna scrub the crap out of the rear tyres, whichever has the least weight on (very back rears I think in this case). Much like you see HGVs do with non steered final bogey trailers.
