ML164 Rear Isofix cover trim

Hi there,
I wonder if anybody can help. The rear isofix cover trims in my 2006 ML are damaged/missing - one snapped in half and the other missing. I can buy replacements from eBay for about £11 but are they easy enough to DIY replace? If so, can anybody tell me how, please? I’m rather hoping to avoid having to take it in to my local dealer to have done.
