Ml270 2003

I have just bought a ml270 2003 model. It has a standard cd player radio in it and i just wondered if i bought the cd player with the screen and sat nav if it would just plug in and work, or if there is something else i would need?

Yea it will work but I think the old COMAND 2 units needed a separate CD drive for the maps ? and It connected via the D2B network

I wouldn't bother with the old nav system and instead buy a nice after market double did unit

with flip lcd screen n dvd and tv if u look on copart u can even get headrests with screens builtin also. n with similar engine worth keeping spares too

It is an awful unit.
The ML of that era will take a double din unit and it looks good.

I had a few, this is the Alpine 925r with nav and DAB etc....

Pioneer X3700 DAB unit....

Loads of options out there.
