Decided to try and get inner frame of outer bumper shell on spare bumper ready to repair it, had to drill out rusted screw fixings on outer edge, then decided to heat up the 30 ish plastic welded tabs and cut them off with stanley knife, all went reasonably well and now ready to start repair work
