I could live with it if I had to. The MoT history is interesting; there's a mileage discrepancy, and the one previous owner has been pretty tight-fisted over replacing the tyres. I wonder what the service history is like, too.

It's still a lovely colour combination.

Probably a miskey on the last MoT mileage, which was less than 6 months after the previous MoT?

Two miskeys, in fact, but I agree with you. The last MoT will have been to get the car ready to be put on sale.

If it was an ML500, I might well seriously consider it. But a 350 diesel, at that price? For about £18K, maybe.
