ML63 needing some growl

I love the pops and bangs when flooring it however when pootling you wouldn't even notice it driving past it's so quiet.
Anyone else had this problem with their performance cars?

What to do!????

Put a 3" stainless exhaust on it? - Actually the stainless exhaust on my Nissan is probably quieter than the mild steel one was.

6.2 or 5.5?

Major difference in the methods, but lots of loudness can be achieved with both. Problem no more.

Have you listened from the outside? It will almost certainly sound louder and fruitier to those around you than it does to you on the inside.

I happened to follow a beautiful black one just a moment ago, the car was stunning, the driver even more so. Even when pulling out of junctions at a leisurely pace, it surprised me just how loud it was. Spooky that I'd had that thought minutes before reading your post.
