ML63wing mirror upgrade

I have a 2009 ML63.

In 2011 the ML got very marginally face lifted and had the following noticeable changes

1. Blistered bonnet
2. The inside of the headlamps were darkened
3. The wing mirrors were updated to the latest style with the two pronged indicator.

I was wondering if I could retrofit the above to my 2009 car?

I figure I could ask a dealer, but I have been down this route before and asked the parts guy and they don't really have the courage to confirm or deny the matter.

If anyone else had some thoughts I would appreciate them!
