MMI interface

I have an S Class S320CDI 2007 with an MMI interface lead in the glove box. Where can I buy a lead which goes into my Iphone 7 and will both play music and charge through the lightning port ?

Adapter cables are available from apple as you probably have the older 30 pin connector. They are pricey but the cheap copies only charge. Works ok on my ntg2 and iPhone 6.
