Moaning seatbelt

one of my rear seatbelts has developed an annoying moan/creak everytime anyone using it moves a muscle! I've tried making passengers sit absolutely still but its no good I'm going to have to fix it! Any ideas?

Is it the seat belt material thats squeaking in the holder. Pull it out completely and spray furniture polish or similar on the belt, let it re-coil in and pull it out again and spray some more on.
