Mobile Diagnostics or not?

Out of interest will you be servicing Smart cars? I know they're neither prestige nor performance cars, but tentatively they are a MB brand car.

I only ask as I know Smart car owners regular complain about main dealer service. So they are often on the look out for a good independent who appreciate some of the car's foibles.

That would be great, I was also thinking once we are established proper maybe later in the year we can hold a GTG at our place? Would be good to welcome you all. Will keep you posted on the dates.

Yes we will be doing Smarts, my Brother in law already does a fair ammount of work rebuilding Smart Engines and the way those things pop motors should keep the engine rebuilding side busy for a while .

I have been doing a few bits and pieces in the Merseyside area with Carsoft MB7.6... Not much though, It seems there are a lot of people who doesn't trust anyone but a Mercedes Stealership to work on their car. But hey, that's their choice... It also seems that everyone and their dog are doing mobile diagnostics with the hand held code readers... Again, their choice I guess.

Bloke does exactly this around the medway towns called pier autos no repairs just mobile diagnostics hes been doing it for a few years so there must be a living in it!
