Just saw a silver W210 face lift on my way to carry out a errand and it was badged as E270 CDI...
Who is he trying to fool as there was no 270 CDI for the W210 apart from 220 and 320 CDIs. However, this car was a rare spec as had OEM PTS (I have not seen many 210s with this option…).
The car also had a “for sale” sign in the rear screen (may be it would help to sell if he badged it up correctly or de-badged it to begin with to get some sort on interest…).
Well, I made a note of the mobile no. – should I ring him and ask him “WHY” it is badged as a E270CDI…???
