More ebay troubles!

I bought a boot lid for my SEC last week (just want the spoiler off it) and the guy has relisted it!??? have emailed him twice but no response as yet.

And i bought a Silverline polisher last monday that hasnt turned up... Emailed the seller on thursday, still no response...

Jay don't forget that Royal Mail are on strike so you package could be held in the system.

Wait 10 days and if still no goods then report it as fraud to ebay and if you paid via your credit card via paypal, contact your credit card company and instruct them to apply a charge back for non receipt of goods. Might take a couple of weeks but you should get a refund.

Wonder what would happen if you bid on the bootlid again Jay, then the seller would have to find two for you to buy

my guess is that he wanted more for the bootlid than you bid - hence the reserve which must be at least £50 on the second auction.

Report him to eBay as a non performing seller - they supposedly work on a three strikes and you're out system

Well he just replied saying it was a clerical error, but has not as yet ended that auction! I have asked him when i can expect the part...

The guy with the polisher has not even responded... yet he has 10,000+ feedback!

Good luck with these - to be fair to the fella with the silverline he is selling by bulk and must be being inundated with queries at the moment given the postal disruption.

No response since Thursday is pretty poor but we're only Monday and as a business he may well have not worked the weekend.

(FYI/for comparison I bought a couple of items last Sunday - they arrived Thursday/Friday so the post isn't a complete disaster)
