Looks similar to when it flooded around here a few years ago - I have a picture of even a police Defender that was up to the roof with water - don't think the officer who parked that felt too clever lol

Heavens, that is awful. A drain partially blocked near me, but that only led to six inches or so of water on the road going nowhere. I found my guest had left the bedroom windows wide open so a lot of water got in, but nothing that a good towel couldn't clean up. Washed all the flowers off my roses, again!
