As per title what’s the best product for removing moss/ algae from window and glass roof seals, and is there a product that prevents it coming back?

Get your self a soft detailing brush and use a good apc. I use g101 diluted of course. As for it coming back I don't no of 1, where are you parking the car? Under a tree by any chance?

I have used "mould and mildew" cleaner but the trick is to work it in with a brush, then proper wash down.

Remember to treat/dress the rubbers afterwards.

Parked on the drive, nice and open with no vegetation around, both North and South facing windows affected

A good APC (All Purpose Cleaner) mixd ten parts water to one part APC will remove it along with a brush as quoted. To stop it returning a good rubber protectant helps, but alas in the UK, damp weather is always your enemy.

I use a Karcher power washer so I never have any green stuff in the first place.

If you have a jet wash that helps, but also if you foam the car, while the car is soaking in the foam is a good time to take a brush (detailing or paint brush, not a hard bristle nail brush!) and run it along the window seals etc

If you don't have either then just put the brush in your clean/soapy wash bucket and do the seals before your final rinse after washing the car
