MOT spec - help required

I need some help locating a particular section of the MOT test specification - namely, the one that deals with a brake light failure due to its non-steady lighting, i.e. when it fails the MOT because it flashes whilst the car is stationary (as oppose to adaptive brake light, which only flashes in case of emergency braking).

I need to be able to reference the relevant section, so need exact details / quote.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
