MOT time

MOT was due at the end of the month,called my friendly garage up yesterday and got it done this morning. I was a little worried as I've only had the car a couple of months. I was worrying about a rotten subframe,the spring perch thingys and emissions. I didn't actually look underneath when I bought it,I know,rookie mistake.
Well it turns out he hadn't seen one that solid before and the emissions were ok too. :bannana:I think the car has been kept in a garage most of its life.

Well I thought I had a battery drain but turns out I just need a new battery as it's had it. So as she's been a good girl I'm going to get her one. I believe the Mercedes one is £150,I think a BOSCH silverline is about £130.

Oh and I had to tax the old girl,another £205,the joys of motoring.

How big is the battery ?

I recently put a 100aH one on my CLK and it was well under a ton.

100Ah, I've had a little look and I'm finding them for about £75. Have a friend who swears by Bosch,which is why I had thought of them.

Try an MB Commercial dealer , they are usually cheaper than the car dealerships ...

Or try CPC , just up the A3 from you .

5 year warranty makes them more appealing too.
