does anyone have a copy of this that they could lend me - It's the sync software with Outlook I need.

You'll need the full (paid for) version, the disk that comes with the 'phone has the cut down Lite version without the outlook conduits.

I have the Motorola Phone Tools disc which incorporates the Outllook Data Synchronisation software if that's what you are after.
