looking for a good quality hardtail mountain bike with front suspension,preferably disc brakes.has anyone got something in the garage gathering dust.would be ideal in the north west for collection

Got a bike I built for a college project years ago, disc brakes, HOPE hubs, alloy frame with strengthening gussets in the corners, xt/xtr running gear, Mavic 121 rims, Gazzalodi tyres, triple clamp front sus, thumbies!!, my own bottom bracket, (used to chew through them so made one from H13 hardened tool steel with 2 enormous roller bearings,) can get piccys this evening if needed...

I don't do mountain biking, but I know someone who does, think he may have a hardtail and a full suspension bighit for sale? I shall ask....
