Not a Mercedes but just changed my front drop links as I had a annoying clonk from the front. The clonk has now gone but has been replaced by what can only be described as a nasty metallic squeltch ! I'm not 100% sure whether it was there before and just covered up by the klonk or a new sound. Could it be faulty new drop links or could the lack of play in the new drop links now be putting more strain on the ARB bushes ? When I changed the drop links there was very little tension in the ARB and could move by hand , no bar needed to pop the links back in ? I'm loathe to change the ARB bushes unless I have to as although I have them sitting here due to absolutely crap design you have to drop the entire subframe, wishbones and all to get to them

Thoughts ??

Cheers
