Moving tracks FROM the music register to new car??

I am about to trade in my 4 year old E-Class cabriolet for the new model. I have several a large number of music tracks loaded onto the music register - is there any way of copying them back on a USB stick so that I can then play them in my new E-Class (which I gather doesn't have an accessible HD drive for a music register at all!!)?????

What does your comand manual say about this?

Nothing! I am afraid i have run out of options now as I collect the new car tomorrow morning, so am doing it all manually!!
