MP3 DVD / CD player slot in Comand

Is this as simple as it seems?

I have just picked up a 2006 E 320 with Comand - love it!

It has a slot above the screen for MP3 CDs / DVDs

Forgive my lack of knowledge here, but do I just copy the MP3 files to a DVD and slot it in, or do I have to "burn" a CD through Media Player like you have to for a CD changer?

do a search on the forum theres plenty of info on that but yes just burn to dvd in different folders with max of about 99 cnt remember

I burnt a DVD with 900 plus tracks and they all played on my Comand 2.5.
