MP3 / DVD Playing thro' Command

Hi,
I have a 2000 E430 with command 2.0. It has CD changer in boot but no TV. I'm not interested in video but would really like to be able to play audio (mp3 files) from DVDs. Basically because you can get so many onto one DVD. Any ideas on how I might be able to do this?

If you don't already have some of the kit, perhaps it might be best to go straight to hard disk drive technology, such as the Kenwood Keg?

I imagine that there will be a fair few HDD MP3 systems launched during this year in the UK. I saw one on the web (in the States) that fools the car's head unit into thinking that the HDD is actually an enormous CD Changer. Very neat. I seem to remember it supported BMW, MB, etc.
