I have searched the threads on this but I am still confused :dk:

My car is W211 late '06 '56 reg'

I can play burned MP3's in my CD Changer no problem but cannot see the folders.
This is what I am doing, Cd into computer using CDex and naming tracks from this software. Saving into 'my music' file.

Using Nero Express and adding folders into this. Folders named by Artist. Some contain one album, others more albums.

Filling CD with usually around 12-13 albums.

When playing in the car, I only see in comand the track and album.
If I want to scroll to another folder I cannot do it, I have to scroll one track at a time.
How do I see the folders in the comand screen? Do I need to burn the CD differently?

Lastly...where is John (Glojo)? I used to enjoy his reading his posts, but have not seen him around lately, I hope he is okay.....anyone know?

From recollection, COMAND only recognises a 'flat' filename hierarchy.

I.e. <folder> <file> (or <album> <track>).

If you have a third level - <artist> <album> <track> - it won't recognise it properly.

Glojo has, err, 'moved house'. Or left this one at least.
