mp3????

hello everybody.

Im new in the forum and i have one question.

I just bought a mercedes sport coupe w203 10/2004 modell (face lift) with comand aps , harman/kardon soundsytem and cd changer.

When i put an mp3 cd in the cd changer and starts to scans the magazine (the cds inside the cd changer) when it comes to the cd with the mp3 gives me cd error in the comand unit.

I thought that the changer play mp3.
isnt it true?
The simple cds play alright but the mp3 cds give cd error.

What can i do?
Please help.....
The navi dvd is 2.2 version .

The mp3 should play in the COMAND head unit ok, but the first car that I had that would play mp3 in the 6 stack changer was a 2006 model. I think the mp3 compatable changers can on stream in 2005.

I believe MP3 disks created from Apples Itunes can be a problem.
