Just thought I would post that I got 36.69 mpg on a run of 600 miles over 4 days I used the same pump and filled the car the same and did the sums from the trip,anybody beat that? :bannana:

Ayrshire to Inverness and back, 400 miles an 42MPG ( average 57 MPH )

Petrol or diesel?

Used my CLK 230K to go to work yesterday and over a 20 mile motorway commute at 65mph I achieved 26-27mpg. My Peugeot diesel does the same journey at 55pmg

Good or bad for this model?

I normally get 23ish as don't do many long trips anymore however today the old girl did 200 miles, with roughly 30 miles of 50mph and 20 miles at 75mph and the rest around 80-85mph and averaged just over 47mph according to the computer
