I had a boss once who was an Engineer. His telephone ext. number obviously chosen by him or a predecessor was 3142 so no one ever forgot it. There's rounding in that number too but no one worries about that either.

I have a right to reply as I see fit and in this case my response was one of annoyance at you trying to remind us of forum rules (which were in no way broken by ALFAitalia) when you did complain about the rules that prevented you doing as you wished. I only pointed these out to you although that took some time for you to accept them. If you cannot understand the irony of your comments here then that is your problem, not mine. A number of other members clearly agreed with me on this by their responses and messages I have received.

As for your alleged "Forum hierarchy" Frankly itis rather pathetic to even suggest this and again, something only you are suggesting and I have never thought.

Now you object to emojis that choose to respond to other members posts! Again I will respond as I wish when I wish.

Post what ever you like as I, and quite a few other members I know of tend to just automatically skip your posts due to the content, relevance and, mostly, excessive length.

What a daft thing to say, and I hope you don't mind me saying so, as clearly if you had but read my posts then you would KNOW I am not a person to threaten anyone and quite honestly I strongly resent you saying so.

I also resent you suggesting I overestimate my importance on the forum, when again it is patently clear had you read and digested my post above (#26) you would know this is categorically not the case. Let me reiterate the relevant part for your convenience: "Surely as members we all have equal standing on this forum". I do get the feeling you are bringing up points that I have already mentioned and this is not the first time I have noticed this.

You see this is the problem when a member takes to the keyboard to type a response to a post that they skip over the content, read only part, see what they want to see, or misunderstand etc. instead of reading all of what has been written and get what the person is actually saying, it can lead to more harm than good or perhaps than is intended.

I don't agree with the first part of your last statement, but I do love the fact that a forum has many diverse people from all walks of life and ranges of intelligence, and I can think of nothing better than being challenge in a nice way, learning from others, helping others maybe with the bit of knowledge I have and being corrected if I am wrong, I have no problem at all with that. What I won't stand for however, and I hope you will understand where I am coming from here, is I won't be made a laughing stock or ridiculed, bullied or looked down upon and If you want to challenge me fine, but don't expect me to fold under and take it, as I am more than than likely to be up for it, is that okay with you DSM10000?

I beg to differ Bellow and while I respect your choice, I politely say to you I can do what ever I please when dealing with figures in doing the math regarding any form of workings out. If I choose to round down any figure at any time within the workings out OR round up, that is completely my choice to do so and nobody else's - end of.

I think you E55BOF are very rude in your pointing a finger in my direction and trying to besmirch my good character, both of which I resent in the strongest possible terms.

Just because I happen to like the English language and use it in my posts with the use of more than a single word, single sentence replies or content, doesn't make me verbose,. Further more, I answer questions that have been put to me, stand my ground and rise to most unpleasant posts that have been fired in my direction, which categorically does not mean I have an attitude problem, just that I have been placed in a position to defend myself and if you had taken the trouble to read and digest their content, you would not need me to spell this out to you.

I am a rational and kind person that as far as I see it is being bullied for no apparent reason, other than a few old boys in a group have got together to discuss me behind my back and decided to make my time on the forum as unpleasant as possible - no more no less.
