hello new merc owner here ,I have sorted out problem 
,which was that the engine fan was running all the time i.e. when the car was turned on only. After searching and searching the threads I took my car to md motor care in the port. did star diagnostic long behold the mass sensor was faulty.
Now I can enjoy my merc.
