I took a client down to Havant which was one junction passed Olly's, so i thought I'd pop in for a cup of tea and a catch up.
I have the side window blinds on the S-Class and on the way down the she wanted to lower the blind to look at the amazing frosted trees. Stuck would not go down.
Mentioned it to Olly, he plugged in the good old Star machine pressed a few buttons and like magic it now works, e did admit he didn't know which button did the trick !! He also noticed my windscreen bottle needed filling which he did.
If only other organizations had the same attitude towards there business and work ethic that Olly has. No wonder people travel many miles to have PCS look after there pride and joy.
