Multimedia Display Stopped Working C238

Hi.

My 2017 E class coupe has the twin digital display system.

A couple of days ago the Multimedia display stopped working.

Menu, Nav, Radio, Media an Telephone buttons do not have any effect - the screen remains blank.

Although, putting the car in reverse brings camera display up as normal and AC temperature changes come up at the bottom of the display as normal.

If I use the steering wheel buttons to change the view within the digital dash that is working. Message says that nav, radio, media and telephone is turned off when I select them.

I don't believe the Command system has a power button anywhere to turn it off.

Am hoping that someone might know where the fuse is located so that I can check to see if it is OK.

Photo below is of dash when I purchased the car - Multimedia display is the one showing the Mercedes-Benz badge and name.

The button below the volume scroll is the on/off button for the comand screen.

Thank you so much for the prompt reply.

I literally just found it on a PDF owners manual that I downloaded a few minutes ago.

Guess the button was pressed by mistake.

Had the car for 18 months and have obviously never touched or noticed the button before!

Multimedia screen and everything back as it should be now.

As above, I'm still finding 'new' buttons and features on mine!!!!!

Could you imagine taking that into a main dealer and getting charged to press the on button

We've had a couple of customer come to us with exactly this issue Of course we didn't charge them ....
