There is a generation of broadcasters who defined their sport through sheer enthusiasm and energy- they will never be replaced (certainly for my generation) - Alliss for golf, McLaren for rugby and Walker for motorsport. Brilliant (especially with Hunt), and all the better and more human for the gaffes.....”unless I am very much mistaken.......I am very much mistaken....”
Would that we all lived doing something we love -RIP
