My Booster Heater Wont Start

So its cold again and my booster heater wont start. I've had it out a few times and repaired and cleaned it. The last time i put it back in i did something wrong and the heater tried to start a few times but then stopped . I remember reading that the heater will lock out after several false startsand can only be reset using star. I wonder if anyone knows
1. Is the lock out in the heater or is it in the ecu ?

2. Would any other diag hardware reset it ?

I recall that removing heater fuses would do the job?

Thanks for that, i looked at it but the heater is different. Mine looks more simple really. I tried disconnecting the battery within 60 secs as it said on that one but no change. I might take it off the car and try set it up to test on the bench. Or maybe try contact Webasto if they made it maybe they can help with info for reset. Stealers charge 90 euro just to plug in to the car
