This are some pics of my custom exhaust installed in my e320

Well, actually my mpg increased, for about 5%, the problem here is that when you install a new exhaust the sound gets you crazy and you start reving all over the city and mpg decreases. Im not that kind of driver. The increase in the mpg must be because of the cat delete and a free flow exhaust.

Some people told me that the ceramic coat will make my engine bay colder, so my mpg will decrease... so maybe if i hadnt coat my headers... the mpg will be increased for around an 8%.

I didnt dynoed my car before this mod, so i will never have the stock parameter, and I wont install the oem exhaust again.

But i do have my 1/4 mile times. Maybe this weekend ill see if this helped. it must

Very nice install !
You may want to check your AFR's on a dyno.
Increase in mileage may be due to running lean at part throttle.
Consider a tune/remap as you need to balance the intake and exhaust components of the performance equation

For a strange reason, my E320 has just 2 O2 sensors

Ive checked some E320s, all of them had, 4 O2 sensors, a pair after and a pair before cats.

My car O2 sensors are placed too far before the cats, so i thought this mod will not affect, like some other cars that turn on the check engine light.

This weekend, i took my car for a highway trip of a 1000 kms. and my mileage was the same as the city one... so this may be related to what you are telling about the AFR whit open Throttle.

Some times when I WOT the car runs great, but sometimes it feels like it has little problems in hig range revs (RARE TIMES).

My CAR has also a GRUPPE M RAM AIR, and a 74 mm TB, (68mm on stock)

SO MAYBE A TUNE WILL HELP.
Here in my country, there are not good shops who can do this tune job.

IM CONSIDERING IN SENDING MY ECU TO EUROCHARGED, BUT THE BEST WAY IS DOING THIS FISCAL ON THE DYNE
