I think the "fight it all the way" on the poll is a waste of your time/effort. Why would they overturn it? - you in bus lane/they get money.

Hardly Kenneth Noye though.....

She claims it was me but I'm not 100% sure.

Actually the PCN doesnt give her the opportunity to say she wasnt the driver. Apparently its down to the registered keeper, driver or not.

Oooh you're a tough bunch. You'd throw me to the lions without actually checking the evidence.

Can you see where it actually says bus lane?

Assumption - it's segregated and monitored - is it something else wot we don't av round ere?

I wonder if the bloke behind you got away with it?

Did it also involve crossing a solid white line?

Thee are very strict rules regarding the markings of bus lanes.

You can just about read it from the kerb when standing.

Burn him at the stake !!!

Crossing a solid white line into a restricted area AND undertaking vehicles on the right.

Where is my Daily Mail ????

From the correct lane you see this... No road markings and no signeage.

See, you've already expended effort going back to photograph it - let it go and spend £135.00 less on the wife at Christmas.

p.s, if the England squad got your current poll results, many would be very happy tomorrow night.

What's the big yellow sign say?

I have known some bad people in my time....but this.entering a lane 30mts prior to legally being allowed to do so (thats what it looks like)takes the biscuit. Public stoning is called for.
