I'd hope you cars averages 45mpg or 10 miles per litre.

I reckon my proper old shed did about that yesterday and given that I pay for the upkeep and feeding of those horses, I made sure I used them fully.

I sold my C43 to Jay and he is a gent, gave me a fair price and was very easy to deal with. The only thing was, I dropped the car off to him on the agreement that he'd pay my train fare back from Coventry and it got forgotten about on the day, so Jay you still owe me £30! . Given that it was about 5 years ago I guess I'll let you off .

I still like our a great deal having had it just over a year.

I had a "59" C180K Sport Estate with the 5g and traded it in for an ML300

As much as I liked the ML, it was a mistake and I found myself still looking at C estates on the road. So much so we swapped back to a facelift C when the opportunity presented itself.

You'll find fuel consumption is quite different sitting at 65mph to 75mph.

I've just done a 125 mile round trip today at a 57mph average and OBC is showing 60.1 mpg average.

Of course the average in my fuelly tag is less because now I work from home my journeys are mainly short and traffic filled. I don't do much open road driving.

I also happen to think the C Estate looks better than the saloon.
