My new car

Bit of an update, the rear spoiler wasn't raising and they have found a broken cable in the mechanism. They think the engine mount is a wiring fault somewhere... Hopefully they find the issue soon!

I'm the most impatient person in the world and I really want it back noooooow!

At least there honouring the warranty buddy :) , I've never had much luck with cars dealers myself. :/

Congratulations, looks great. Enjoy. I also loved my 215, not so much the bills. As you said the prettiest MB Coupe, from the rear and the rear quarter. Never did like the front.

I am very pleased with the 216 Bi-turbo and the interior is even better than the 215 + the exterior is the opposite to the 215. It has a slightly aggressive stance, which I also like :) Very Chalk and cheese.

Today I did my first DIY, changing the sidelight bulbs!

A simple job most would think... not on a Continental!!!! It’s meant to be a bumper off job but I managed to do it by taking off some boost pipes and air intakes! Still managed to slice my arms open but the LED makes the car look much more modern!

Next job is LED number plate lights.

Here is a cold start video:

Ok ...I'm jealous...great car, the worry of a major (read MAJOR) mean my cahoona's are to small.
One thing Spielberg, why is it in the comedy section of Youtube ??

Haha I’ve put some cash aside in the assumption that it will need something major doing!

I have no idea and I don’t know how to change what section it’s in?!

The boot seals were blocked so every time I opened the boot it filled with water from the rear spoiler area. Took the boot apart, shoved a cable up the hole to unblock it and voila, no more leaky boot!!!

It's 16.5 mpg isn't it?

That 0 with a cross through it is probably more accurate i.e. the car registering 0mpg and giving up by striking through it! :D

Yea, I get around 250ish miles to a full tank.

You had many bites on the S55K?

I had a quick scan earlier and it looks a good price to me, surprised it’s not gone yet.

Friend of mine had a Continental FS and I absolutely loved it. As said by @AMGeed the build quality was so good and the speed was immense! I would love to own one one day. Enjoy it!
