My New W211 E220 CDI Avantgarde With 18" Sport Alloys

Hi guys,

I'm pretty new to this forum, so I thought it would be a good idea to share my car!

My dad has recently changed from a W211 to a W204 C320 CDI Sport, and he offered me his W211 for a very good price! I phoned my insurance and found out the price wasn't bad at all (Im only 21) so proceeded to buy the car.

It's a 2006 facelift Avantgarde model with:

Grey Heated Nappa Leather
Command
Tinted Windows
Parktronic
All the usual Avantgarde refinements (xenons etc)

I had been on the hunt for some 18" sport alloys for ages, and realised that they demand a high premium, until one day, in the deep dark depths of the internet, I found some on a local Northern Ireland classified website, and managed to get them shipped over to the UK, with tyres, for £270!

I have now fitted these onto the car and they give it a much better stance - the wider tyres make it look much meaner!

Thanks guys - coming from an Audi TT I must say I much prefer the Mercedes build quality. Beats the Audi hands down!

Its fairly high mileage (140K) but too be honest mileage isn't a massive bother to me. I know the history of the car and it has been maintained regardless of the cost.

Its been serviced by a merc specialist/dealer from new and is literally spotless!

I think I got a good deal!
