My pride & joy AMG

Been on this forum few months now and learnt a lot about AMG's thanks to this great site.

Having owned few Merc's before a 203,208 & 209 this is my first AMG.
Loving every min of it and started doing few mods to it..

Since purchasing it back in August, started doing few bits and bobs to it using only new MB genuine parts,

-replaced every wish bone, bush, bolt and both subframes underneath,
-replaced engine mounts
-replaced anti-roll bars
-full service including plugs and leads
-disc & pads all round
-new 235/40/18 front conti 3
-new 265/35/18 rear conti 3
-got the whole car professionally mopped
-shampooed everything inside including roof lining
-interior and exterior LED upgrade
-AMG front bonnet badge
-de-cat @ EMP St. Albans

Plans for next few months are,

-upgrade wheels
-facelift grill
-facelift rear lights
-light tint on all windows
-yellow calipers
-KW v2 coilovers

Plans for next year are,

-E55k engine transplant or kleeman charger (doing some research)
-6 pots front & 4 pots rear
-quad exhaust upgrade
-carbon rear diffuser

Looks different up close. A pic don't do it any justice. I'm getting a facelift one anyway. Want the whole car facelifted makes it look bit more.... Let's say fresh

Thanks for the comment. Grill will be replaced with a facelift one very soon. Iv always been into my older cars both German and Japanese.

Welcome the AMG club. Interested to see how you find the K&W V2 setup on the W209. I have a set on my W208 and was only recently thinking about a set (maybe the same set) for my CLK63.

What kind of wheels are you considering? Having just spent the better part of £700/3800 on Conti 3 18' I am guessing you are not going 19?

Im defeantly sticking with 18's would like to stay with the OEM setup from factory, just going abit wider on the rear.
Looking into some forged wheels, BBS maybe.

Will def keep updating my thread as I'm going on.
