Here's a few photos from sister's house in bonny Scotland.
She lives in an old school house built in 1872, part a hamlet of 7 properties - 3 miles from civilisation.
Here's the view from her front window

Sideways up the lane

And the other way - note the wind turbines at Minsca

The schoolhouse

Her plot of land adjacent to the house - for sale with planning permission for a detached house - plot size 600m2, services on hand

Introducing the Merc in Black - the side building is the old school hall which is in the process of being converted into a main room with mezzanine bedroom over.

And now the important shots.......but a rather dirty car

Can we have an unthank button for sweetpea ?

Looks very nice and peaceful. You must enjoy your time up there John.

Thanks John - I try to do nothing but my sister always has something for her baby brother to do

If anyone is interested in the land please let me know - it's a fabulous spot where you could build a home (or second home) with a nice detached garage to fettle your pride and joy :thumb:

Hello Graeme,

I'm only on at the mo because it's via my sister's ISP in Scotland -I'm guessing I'll be "link broken" when back in Brum on Friday

The box is an all inclusive part number (i.e. including 4matic).

Rusty old......................... sat dish!!:D
