My sunroof has stopped working any ideas

My sunroof has stopped opening. It will rise and close but not slide at all.
I have taken the control from the roof assembly and had a good look at all the soldering but nothing obvious. Any suggestions. Or does any one know of a w215 2002 being broken for parts.

Ok managed to find another control unit (flea-bay) Every thing works :bannana:
BUT I cant get the sunroof to auto open and close ie single push of the button.

you may have to reprogram the roof mech again

how to i dont know but if its like the windows open from closed all the way hold button down for five seconds extra then close holding down for 5 sec and this might work maybe

Tried to reset but no luck. Does it need to go on a star to tell it it has the auto open
