I would never have considered a car with more than 70,000 miles on the clock let alone 200,000 but since owning this car I'm a convert. I'm going to keep it for years to come. Still look forward to driving it. Seems to pull better than ever!

I've bought a replacement to my S211 E500 "because" it's almost done 75k.

But at the moment it feels such a stupid thing to let it go - as you say, S211's are such multi-purpose and reliable vehicles.

Great to see yours rolling on past 200k and still looking so so crisp and modern.

I love seeing things like this, testament to the engineering from Mercedes and care from the owner!!

My W211 E320 has 111k on the clock so young by comparison. I did 300 miles in it at the weekend and it never fails to impress. Comfortable, plenty of go and 45mpg+. I toy with the idea of selling but like you, Markssl it's one of the best cars I've owned!

Great to see yours rolling on past 200k and still looking so so crisp and modern.

I'm not sure if I think my W211 looks modern as such but it totally holds its own in terms of looks.

If I change mine it will only be for another one. Maybe a 2012 E350CDi with 100k on the clock but not for a long while. I'm going to 300k first!!

That's an impressive mileage, and what's more impressive is 54.9mpg over 268 miles. Is that right, or have I missed something?
