Took this when I climbed up to the top of Whitby :dk:
Nothing in the time of taking it (nowt)
That was taken about 10 years ago now and still baffles the brain power out of me.

Then as the cloud passed I could see the ruins of the Abbey coming into view; and as the edge of a narrow band of light as sharp as a sword-cut moved along, the church and churchyard became gradually visible... It seemed to me as though something dark stood behind the seat where the white figure shone, and bent over it. What it was, whether man or beast, I could not tell."

Looks like a seagull flying through the shot from right to left.

Once your brain understands it's in the foreground it's obviously a bird.

I'm assuming it's the slightly blurred object to the upper left of the ruin that's causing confusion?
