How can i tell if the MY01 is installed on my W208 comand 2? i have the DX logo currently??

when you enter addresses in, does it "blank out" the letters that are not available in the word you are typing in?

if so you have MY01, if not then you dont!

OR.............

Go HERE to download the MY01 image and burn to a CDR. Put it in the comand and see if you have the latest, ( it tells you), if not install it.

Thanks, It appears that i do need the MY01 update.

I have tried this download and the comand wont recongnise the disk. I have tried a couple of different disks, any tips on how to get it to work??

you need to use a brand of cdr that works on your comand. try a very good brand such as TDK or something.

are you also pressing the right buttons when you switch on comand for it to detect and load in the update cd?
