That is one of the designo finishes, I do not have them in my book,, though stats 007 may well know

Looks like birds eye black maple, without the laquer finish??

Those fineshes seem to be for all the new models, the trim shown in the first link looks to be of a W210.

It's off an early mod 210, possibly before the time of designo.
