Nato Member Sales

Hi
Can anybody tell me where NATO MEMBER SALES(401)is situated(Country)?
The reason being is that in my country I have to prove where the first reg of my vehicle was and I know that it was ordered by them,but I have to find out more details.

Nato member Sales will not tell you where the car was first registered... just that it was ordered by a member of some nato related organization... ihave had several vehicles that have come up with that on the Vin decoder but have always been registered in the UK...
