Nav Command

Hi,
Just bought my C220 cdi (2006 Model). it has factory fitted Nav command sys but the previous owner did not have any user manual for nav command system.being a bit familiar with other gps/nav system i got is working on basic stuff.But would like to know more, could some one help please??
in video mode, should it play normal dvd's.
The current nav dvd version v4, does not have any safety cameras info, is it normal??

Your navigation system wont play DVD's it is not designed to even though there is a video button.

V4 is a long way out of date. there are newer disks but none have speed cameras.

A proper manual for the navigation is available.

Your dealer can order a manual for you, approx £18

Might be bit of a wait though as they seem to only print in small batches

Alfie is in fact very much correct, the 203 chassis comand will not play dvd video, it is a dvd based sat nav system. Only the new 204 c-class comand has DVD playback capability.

The current software for this unit is part no. B67823848 Navigation DVD comand APS 2007/2008, even this latest software doesn't have speed camera postioning.
