Nav confusion

One of my friends has recently got a c220 cdi (2005) in Portugal (from Belgium). Now most of the roads he drives on aren't on the supplied disc. I'm trying to find an upgrade DVD/CD but am a bit confused. I believe he has this model http://app.auto-online.co.uk/ImageDisplay?id=1976712115-61913 So which Navigation DVD/CD should he get? Thanks
