Navigation update for 2010 E class cabriolet ?

Hello, I have an E 350 Cabriolet. Mercedes Benz Norwich tells me Navigation updates are no longer available. Is this true?
If not, where can I get the latest DVDs?

Your A207 (E-Class convertible) is based on the W204 (C-Class Saloon), so I am guessing that you have COMAND NTG4 (with the large PCMCIA slot in the middle)?

Yes, this looks like NTG4.

Lost on this one Mark, it looks totally different to the NTG4 in my S204 C220! I'd suggest a call to comand.co.uk with your VIN, they will for sure know - from the VIN they'll look up the build sheet!
