So I'm nearly fished derusting my Jeep..
However Ive hit a dilemma and wondered what's your thoughts (Yes I'm aware its not a Merc....but it has a Merc 5 Pot in her )
So the fuel tank has a protective shield and kind of first skin if you must. Its pretty badly corroded, all surface rust. So I rubbed it down, Jenolited it first, then Dinitrol RC90, followed by Epoxy 121. Now is where the fun begins.. after the epoxy, Do you:
a/ Finish off in Dinitrol Under Body Wax OR
b/ Stonechip it then Dintrol it??
What would you do.. remember, its an exposed part of the bodywork that gets hit with everything but the kitchen sink...(Well, it may even get hit with that if I go off roading.. )
Ideas anyone?
