Does anyone live in or near to Neath, South Wales?

I ask as I need the address of someone who lives there. I have his name and phone number but need his address ASAP.

Can anyone help with a local phone book?

I've looked up BT.com and there's only 6 pages of people with his name - and it takes ages to load each one. I checked all the ones in Neath itself (about 30) and drew a blank.
