That's a lot of camera for the money. Fuji are a good make, too. I've got one that's 7 years old ish, outclassed by the camera on my phone now but it still works fine..

I got a Canon Powershot G9 a couple of months ago.
Excellent camera with zoom, macro etc. For what I was wanting it for ie close up work it was a lot better than some of the SLR standard cameras.

Other than that, I had a Sony before, only 5 mp's but still a decent cheapie.

I bought the Fuji Finepix S5600. Got it for £63 as it was a display model & the box wasn't perfect!

One of the reviews listed that model as retailing at over £250. I think you've got a bargain.
